Champagne Rainbow – Alcoholic Mixed Drink

It’s been a while since I’ve posted a great frozen mixed drink recipe, so I decided I would post a new one today.  This drink isn’t one of my personal favorites as I’m not a big Champagne drinker, however, my wife loves this drink and it seems that women do enjoy this drink more than the guys out there.

What you need:

  • 1 oz Cranberry Juice
  • 2 scoops Rainbow Sherbet
  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 3/4 oz Peach Schnapps
  • 1 oz Champagne

First blend the Sherbet, Schnapps, and Vodka until smooth.  Next, pour the cranberry juice into a glass and then pour the blended ingredients into the glass over the cranberry juice to produce a swirl effect!  Last, layer the Champagne on top, preferably using a bar spoon to make sure it stays on top and doesn’t mix in with the rest of the ingredients.

Fuzzy Navel – Alcoholic Drink

The Fuzzy Navel is an old time classic that has had many attempts at trying to make it better.  Company after company has tried to reinvent this classic drink, however, all have failed in my opinion.  Most people I come into contact with still enjoy the classic version of the fuzzy navel more than any of the more modern attempts at it.

So in light of that, here’s what you need for the classic fuzzy navel:

  • 1 oz. Vodka
  • 1/2 oz. Peach Schnapps
  • 6 oz. Orange Juice
  • Orange Slice
  • Ice

Mix all the ingredient in a cocktail shaker, we prefer the boston shaker, except for the orange slice using cracked ice.  Pour the drink into a chilled glass, we prefer the collins glass for this drink, and garnish with the orange slice.

Enjoy!

Brain Hemmorage – Alcoholic Drink

This is a great shot.  It mixes strawberries and cream!  What’s not to like?

Here is what you’ll need for this mixed drink:

  • 1 oz. Strawberry Schnapps
  • 1/2 oz. Irish Cream
  • Dash Grenadine

Chill the Schnapps and put into your favorite shot glass.  Next pour the Bailey’s in using a bar spoon and then add your dash of Grenadine to the center for your garnish.

Hot Shot of Apple Pie – Alcoholic Drink

Ingredients:

*This is a great tasting Low Calorie Mixed Drink, just be careful!*

  • 1 oz. Amaretto
  • 1 oz. Irish Cream
  • 1 oz. Goldschlugar
  • Sprinkle of Cinnamon

Add all of the above contents into a glass. Now take a match, or one of the long snout lighters, and light the drink. Blow out the flame and take the drink in one drink. Please make sure you blow the flame out! I’ve seen some really bad mishaps during some stupors that didn’t end well. As long as your safe this is a excellent Mixed Up Drink!
